Needle and wet felted anatomy sweater. Machine wash cold inside out and hang to dry. Iron on a cotton, steam setting after it's dry. This design is pretty thick so it may require ironing after each wash to flatten it out again. If something sharp catches on the sweater it could pull out a small amount of wool, which can be repaired with a #38 felting needle.
